Our aim in developing sustainability leadership is to help the natural sustainability leaders within your organisation play a major part in cultivating a sense of responsibility for sustainability across your organisation. Our approach to achieving this is to help you identify these key people and bring them inside your corporate sustainability programme, helping them to be effective for you by involving them in the development of your corporate sustainability goals and by developing their abilities to communicate with the wider organsisation. Our coaching associates have a variety of backgrounds ranging from training and the setting up of successful train-the-trainer programmes through to theatre and performance. They have worked with a range of blue-chip clients including Barclays, Microsoft and the London Sustainability Exchange. Where appropriate we will partner with specialist people development organisations such as ID:ology.
